Referrals.
A good connection
has its rewards.
Introduce us to a business with a need. SOM-OS prepares the proposal, contracts with the client and delivers the project. You receive a commission.
| Part of the quote | Standard | Agreed increase |
|---|---|---|
| First €1,500 | 8% | 10% |
| From €1,500 to €5,000 | 5% | 7% |
| Anything above €5,000 | 3% | 5% |
The tiers are calculated separately for each attributed and accepted project: each rate applies only to its portion. The basis is SOM-OS fees, excluding VAT and recharged external costs. Amounts from other projects are not added together.
The increase is agreed in writing based on your contribution. See when it can apply.

This is the total project commission, before taxes on your invoice. It becomes available in proportion to client payments, including partial payments. You request the available balance and submit your invoice; SOM-OS pays within the agreed term. You do not have to wait six months.
Bring more value.
Better terms.
We can agree rates of 10%, 7% and 5% on the same tiers when your referrals bring particular value to the project.
- A suitable introduction. With their permission, you introduce us to the decision-maker, with a clear need and an indicative budget.
- A contribution that makes a difference. You help arrange a useful conversation, or we have already successfully completed projects with clients you referred.
- An agreed scope. We agree in writing which referrals or period it applies to. It is not activated automatically by volume and replaces the standard rate.
How a referral is registered and paid
- An accepted introduction. The client is aware of the introduction. We register the opportunity and confirm that there are no existing active negotiations. If there is more than one referral, the first valid introduction we accept takes priority.
- Six months to sign.Attribution remains valid for six months after the opportunity is accepted. This is the window for signing the project, not a waiting period or an automatic commission payment date.
- Each project has its own tiers.Commission is calculated independently for each expressly attributed and accepted project. A new project, maintenance or extension needs its own acceptance; it does not generate commission just because it is for the same client. Partial payments do not restart the tiers.
- A clear basis from the quote. It is calculated on the agreed SOM-OS fees after discounts, excluding VAT, licences, hosting and other costs passed on to the client.
- Partial payments and email updates. Each client payment makes the corresponding proportion of the confirmed commission available. We notify you by email of the payment and available balance. For example, a €7,500 project at the standard rate generates €370: if the client pays 50%, €185 becomes available.
- Payment at the affiliate’s request.SOM-OS confirms the commission in writing. The affiliate requests all or part of the available balance, submits an invoice and specifies an agreed payment method, such as bank transfer. After reviewing the request, SOM-OS pays within the agreed term, in compliance with applicable legal payment deadlines. The requested amount is reserved to prevent duplicate claims.
- An agreed arrangement. We confirm the terms before starting. Referral commission and the margin earned through the technical provider arrangement are not combined by default on the same assignment.
- An increase by express agreement. Both parties accept the rates and scope in writing before they apply. Terms already accepted for other referrals remain unchanged.

Let's explore a joint projectHow the arrangements differ.
| Arrangement | Your contribution | How you get paid | Who invoices the client |
|---|---|---|---|
| Referrals | You introduce an opportunity. | Tiered commission for each attributed and accepted project. | SOM-OS. |
| Technical provider | You manage your offer and your client. | Your services and the margin in your offer. | You. SOM-OS invoices you. |
| Joint projects | You deliver part of the project. | Fees for your work and responsibilities. | Agreed between the parties. |
These arrangements are for professionals who refer clients or contribute to projects. Technical support for the end client is agreed separately.
