What you receive
A two-hour in-person session with your team to understand how operations actually work, beyond the organisation chart. Then fieldwork: we review your tools, interview key people and map information flows. We finish with a 30-minute presentation where we give you the document and explain it.
The result is a 5–8 page PDF, written in plain Spanish, without consulting jargon. It includes:

Specific actions that make a difference. Decisions, rather than ideas or trends.
In what order
The sequence that delivers the most impact at the lowest cost. What blocks what, and what to solve first.

A fixed estimate for each block. You know what you are committing to before starting.

Two-hour in-person session
We sit down with you and your team. Together, we map how the business works today: what you do, which tools you use and where things get stuck. Questions, with no slides or sales pitches.
Fieldwork
We analyse your systems, review data flows and speak to the people running the processes. We look for real bottlenecks, beyond employee survey results.
Presentation and PDF handover
30 minutes. We give you the document, explain it live and answer your questions. If you decide to continue with us, great. Either way, the map is yours.

Why €250?
A business audit from a traditional consultancy costs €5,000 or more and takes four weeks. The Chaos Map is an entry-level product: it fits a small business budget and gives you enough to decide your next steps without blindly committing €15,000.
It is also our acquisition cost for the Pack. If the map convinces you and you decide to build with us, we recover the margin. If you decide to stop, we have delivered useful work at a fair price. Both sides benefit.
What it is not : a discounted way in. It is a complete product with a clear deliverable, fixed price and fixed timeframe. If it does not convince you, you still keep the document.

The map is the blueprint, not the construction.

The Chaos Map is the architect's blueprint, not the construction work. Once you decide what to implement, we quote development separately at a fixed price.
An in-depth technical analysis
We do not audit code, perform penetration testing or review your database architecture at DBA level. That is part of the development Pack if you need it.
Unlimited meetings
A two-hour session, a 30-minute presentation and answers by email during the fieldwork week. A snapshot with an action plan, rather than ongoing support.
