Most companies have the same problem: five tools that do not communicate. Data is copied by hand, pasted into Excel and sent by email. Every manual step is a failure waiting to happen. We unify the stack so information flows automatically — with logs, retries and alerts.

System audit
We map which tools you use, what data they store and where the bottlenecks are. We identify the integrations that will have the greatest impact.
APIs and webhooks
We connect your systems through APIs and webhooks. If a tool has no API, we design the bridge. If there are legacy systems, we respect them and connect them to the new ones.
ETL and migration
We extract data from where it lives, clean it, normalise it and load it where it needs to be. Without losing history or duplicating records.
Pipelines with observability
Every workflow has logs, automatic retries and alerts. If something breaks at 3am, you know at 3:01, not at 9 when a customer complains.
Real example: Sando Capital received leads through WhatsApp, without a database or system. We integrated Cal.com with an AI agent qualifying investors before scheduling appointments. Javier, the founder, recovered 70% of the time lost to manual discovery.

AI without context is an expensive parrot. We do not bring a generic chatbot. We bring an agent that knows your business: searches documents, cites sources, takes real actions in your systems and knows when to escalate to a human because a decision exceeds its limits.
What is included:
RAG on internal knowledge
The agent searches your tickets, contracts, histories and manuals. It does not hallucinate: every answer carries its source. If it does not know, it says so.
Agents that act
They send emails, create tickets, update the CRM and schedule appointments. It is not an assistant that “suggests”: it is an agent that executes with your authorisation and within your limits.
Internal copilots
Interfaces where your team consults the agent before deciding. “Which customer has the highest payment risk?”, “Which orders risk being late?” Immediate answers with data.
LLM automation
Email classification, response drafting, stockout detection and call summaries. Processes previously requiring 8 manual steps now happen automatically.
Real example: In the homepage demo, you can see an agent serving a VIP customer, rescheduling her appointment with the correct doctor, cancelling the previous one, sending a confirmation email and scheduling a push reminder — without human intervention.
