Two in Inca, Mallorca.
We are not an agency of twenty people with an organisation chart. We are two people from different worlds who met in the same place: a custom system, built in Inca, integrating people, processes and AI.
Adrián Colom
Mallorca, Spain
He studied at CIFP Pau Casesnoves in Inca: Microcomputer Systems and Networks Technician, Higher Diploma in Web Application Development and a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. During those years, he competed in four national programming competitions: two HP Codewars editions (Madrid 2020 and virtual 2021) and the web development BalearSkills/Spainskills competitions.
In May 2023, he won BalearSkills in web development: first place, eight hours to build a full-stack app from scratch. In April 2024, he represented the Illes Balears at national Spainskills at IFEMA (Madrid), placing fourth in Spain. President Prohens welcomed them at the Consolat de Mar.
Before SOM-OS, he worked for over two years with Laravel and Vue, including a full-stack role at ClickToTravel. He gained Senior Laravel, AWS Data Engineering and Cisco Cyber Security Essentials certifications. He then moved to NestJS, Nuxt and LangchainJS and became self-employed as a freelancer in late 2024.
At SOM-OS, he designs the architecture, maintains Foundation and sells. He believes automation is about helping people, not firing them. And that AI without context is an expensive parrot.
When he is not coding: guitar, speciality coffee, Muay Thai and gaming.
Joan Toni Ramon
Inca, Mallorca
Twelve years photographing real estate, architecture, hospitality and food in Mallorca from his studio WIP&V in Inca, founded in September 2012. Responsible for retouching and post-production on every project. Specialised in reproducing artworks with colour accuracy and photography for marketing campaigns and tourism promotion for local brands and products in the Balearics.
In 2025, he completed the programme “10X Developer with AI” at the Instituto de Inteligencia Artificial: intensive training in generative AI, NLP, LLMOps and LangChain applied to practical automation projects. It covered Stable Diffusion, GitHub Copilot, language models, neural networks, Exponential Programming and autonomous agents.
He also completed two certifications in UX design from Google: Foundations of User Experience and the UX Design Process: Empathise, Define and Ideate. His technical transition took him from Laravel with Vue to NestJS and Nuxt, specialising in n8n automation and AI with LangchainJS.
At SOM-OS, he defines the intelligence layer, trains agents and ensures what we deliver both works and looks like something your team wants to use every day. He brings the local connection: twelve years of clients in Mallorca.

Philosophy
The thesis
We do not build isolated apps. We build systems: the software architecture on which AI will operate your business tomorrow. From analogue to digital. From digital to intelligent.
The method
Analyse → Optimise → Scale with AI. An operation that feeds back into itself.
The archetype
The Architect. Observes chaos, designs structure, builds rails.
Three values
Clarity and focus. We say what we will do and do what we say. If there is no fit, we tell you.
Humanity and respect. The team using the app knows whether it really works.
Ethical integrity. The AI we build cites sources, respects your limits and escalates to a human when a decision exceeds them.
What we are not
Not a marketing agency. Not a €500 website factory. Not a cold consultancy. Not AI hype merchants. Not generic SaaS.
News and events
What we have done and what we are doing.
Building the showroom of working product demos.
First website version live. Lighthouse 100%.
Landing page + design system + wiki published.

Where to find us
CEOs Mares
Adrián is part of the Mallorca branch. A group of founders meeting in person. That is where we come from: coffees and conversations, not Google Ads campaigns.
Inca, Mallorca
We work from here. In person with Balearic businesses and remotely with the rest of Spain. If you are in Mallorca, we have a coffee. If not, a video call.
Digital presence
If you have a working business
and want to talk to people,
rather than a sales chatbot.
