The starting point
Nemus managed its operation with five tools that did not talk to each other:
The team spent more time administering tools than doing its work. Copying and pasting data between places, cross-referencing information manually, searching histories in scattered WhatsApp messages. Every process was a bottleneck.
Nemus's coordinator put it clearly: they needed control in one place, not another tool.
One workflow
What we built
Custom web + mobile app
One application centralising Nemus's entire operation. Accessible on a computer in the office and on mobile in the field. One interface, one login, one system.
Quotes → field work
The quote created in the office automatically becomes a work order. The field team receives it on mobile, marks the status, uploads photos and records incidents — no WhatsApp, no paperwork.
Training + students
Course management, registration, attendance and certificates in the same system. The training calendar no longer lives separately — it connects to the rest of the operation.
Invoicing + follow-up
Invoices generated from completed work. Tracking payments, overdue amounts and expenses. Everything connected: a field job becomes an invoice without copying anything by hand.
From 5 to 1
They are building us an app to unify everything: quotes, field work, training students, invoicing and follow-up. At last we will have control in one place rather than five tools that do not communicate. That peace of mind is priceless.
